Weekend Adventures

We started our weekend with a splash! At our local splash park. It took a few minutes for him to warm up to it, but then he held his own- even with the big kids running around! and let's just say... he was the cutest kid there :)




The next day we did some running around and then went to the park with Marissa aria, and kami. He liked the bark and rocks the most. He liked the slide, but wasn't a fan of the swing. He'd rather run around the playground than play on it.



It so fun to see these two grow up together... :)

The last day of our 3 day weekend.. we went to a friends birthday party and then came home and played in his sand/water table! thanks gamma and gampa!!!!

Hood River Oregon

11am Thursday Morning- Landon and Mommy are on their way to Hood river Oregon (daddy had to work :( )

Its a 5 hour trip... Half way there we had to stop and let the boy stretch his legs, and it just happened to be next to a toy store... so he may have gotten a new car ;)


We made it there! Just relaxed the first night... my dad, mom, blake and his friend were there too.

My dad had to work the next day so mom, landon and I went to lunch at char burger.. he wasn't a fan of the wooden people

My dad and the boys did a sail boat race so we went down to the beach to watch.

At first he wasn't to sure about the sand between his toes, the wind, and the water. It took a good 15 minutes of warming up to finally loving it :)

pretty fasniated by the kite boarders... He kept say "Kie" "Kie"











My dad's friend boat, they had the smallest boat so they got a goooooood headstart.. but they still finished 2nd to last ha.




Landon had to have tubbies that night due to the large amount of sand he had put in his hair, ears, and down his shirt. Boys. Boys.

We left this morning after breakfast!! Landon was happy to get home to his dada :)
We had a great time!!!

Port Orchard Trip

[July 15]
Landon,Dowie and I headed over to Port Orchard to visit my dad's side of the family and stay with Doe-doe for the night.

We had dinner with my dad's side of the family at the pancake house of course.* I have memories of going there with my papa :)* Landon's Great grandma and grandpa were there along with Landon's great-great grandma! We also got to meet my cousin's baby girl sofia!!

We then went back to doe-doe's which was my dowie and papas house and where I spent most of my childhood --- I love that now my kid is roaming the same hall I did at his age. We had a little photo shoot and then went to bed.Well that was the plan until... Landon decided to wake up an hour later and refused to go to bed until 4 am! um yeah.

It was my fault because I was to lazy to put together his portacrib and had him sleep with me. ha. BIG mistake!

The next day we had some mexican food,did some shopping, and then headed home. and.. to my surprise the lack of sleep didn't even phase him. he was SUCH a good boy!
