Nana has recently got into quilting and she has made landon two! spoiled boy.. :) By the pictures you can tell he loves staring at the bright bold colors and Nana is a pretty proud grandma!

grandma & grandpa Queen visit

Grandma and grandpa Queen came up from Arlington for a date night with Mr. Landon although he slept through most of it, it was a fun time. Grandpa bought us pizza.. YUMMO!!


What a night!

One month old

Landon is one month already. REALLY?!? where has the time gone? I feel like it was just yesterday he was still kicking me inside. He is definitely going through a growth spurt. Sleeping more the past few days and eating like a horse! Maybe he'll finally outgrow those newborn clothes. When hes not sleeping, he is looking looking and looking around. He can focus on things better but occasionally those eyes go cross eyed on him. hes beginning to look at his toys and hands and loves his mommas and daddas face. Hes going to be a bouncer... loves to be rocked and bounced. Dad has figured out how not to get peed on when changing his diaper and is pretty proud of it! He still is sleeping pretty well at night waking up every 4-5 hours for feeding then fast asleep again. Hes getting better with bath time as long as we continue to pour the warm water on his tummy. Landon is doing great at holding his head up although he sometime looses control and headbutts us. We LOVE him!

family outing

What a beautiful spring day it was today (Even cranked on the air conditioning in the car for this first time this year). We decided to do a family outing.... after 9 months of not really being able to shop and kyle needing some new clothes we heading down to the marysville outlet mall, but not before a small family photoshoot. In all, it was a fun day, landon had his first carls jr. experience although he slept through it.

first playdate

The other day Landon had his first playdate. My friend had her baby on what was suppose to be my due date, which was a week early for her. Landon wasn't to much into the whole thing. Kami seemed to be with the smirks she was showing :)... at least I wont have to worry about him bringing girls home for awhile then.

I can't wait for them to get a little bit older. I think they will be great friends, and I know marissa and I will have fun watching them grow up together!

I have a month more off of work.. so we spend a lot of time home bonding with our little man. He is becoming more alert with in this past week. Awake longer and seems to be actually focusing on objects. Mommy and daddy sure love all of his facial expressions especially his smiles! :) can't believe hes almost a month old.

3 weeks old

Landon is 3 weeks as of today. Time sure has flown by. He is more alert everyday. today he was awake for about 2 1/2 hours straight. He is holding his head up more, but doesn't really enjoy tummy time for more than a minute or so. He is eating about 3 ounces every 3-4 hours. Hungry hungry hippo as daddy says. He still gets the hiccups just as he did inside mommy and he hates them with a passion! I can't believe its already been 3 weeks, but excited to see what the future holds.

Landon finally got to have a real bath now that his umbilical cord fell off. He wasn't a big fan. I think I got more wet than he did though. I think hes going to be splish splasher when he gets a bit older...
