Spring is on its way!

And this little boy can hardly wait for warmer weather so he can " go ou-side".

Landon's sleepy bear lost his tag the other day. I knew the day was coming- it was on its last stitch,frayed, and a lovely grey/black color.

 He loved his tag and would rub it under his nose which would instantly calm him, and he would stop watever he was doing.

I guess he brought the tag in one hand and sleepy in the other to kyle and said "tag, broken, fix?"
 Poor little man...

I thought this may be a hard thing. I was prepared to sew on a new tag, but hes being strong. Hasn't even asked about it.

we'll see...

Congrats!

Kyle finished his BAS-ITM(bachelors of applied science-information technology and administrative management) last thursday, and we couldn't be more proud and excited!!

We decided to celebrate and go out to dinner and ice cream.

He still is a total daddy's boy.... if you couldn't already tell.

my hot hubby a college graduate!

First stop... Olive Garden for some yummy food...

and then.... LJ's first cold stone experience! he loved being independent and having his very own cone.

Daddy didn't like the mess- but he enjoyed it :) Its nothing a little spit bath can't clean up.

kyle will have a graduation ceremony in June through CWU... and probably some kind of celebration afterwards! :)

TWO.

How can it be? that our little guy is 2 years old..... He amazes us everday. He is learning new things constantly!

He had his 2 year old check up

weight: 30 lbs 75%

  height: 34.35 in. 50%

He got one shot.. and he was not happy boy.. as he was crying he was saying " I sorry, I sorry" poor babe.

he loves to color, play with shaving cream ( mommy just bought some finger paints but Im liking that shaving cream is color free),build garages and tunnels with his blocks, and of course play with cars.

We were writing Landon and "practicing" writing our abc's

He loves anything that makes him a  big boy.

sitting at his new table and chair for meals,wearing his big boy back pack,picking out his jammies..... He tries so hard to be so independant.

At two years old

* you continue to love your abc's- when you see signs and words you can spell out the letters.

* you know most of your colors and a couple shapes

* You say anything we throw at you... You have a hard time with your l's and r's

* you put 2-3 words in a sentence... usually followed by random ramblings.

* you like to talk with your hands, and shoulders.... so cute!

* you love to dance to techno music,  anything with a good beat

* you are starting to learn words to music- especially your cartoon songs.

* you memory is outstanding- way better than your mommy's

* You can throw a fit when you dont get your way

* You are gaining control of your bladder... and go pee almost everytime I put you on the potty. mommy and daddy just need to gain the courage to really potty train.

* You are in 2t clothing,size 5 diaper, and size 7 shoe

*you go to bed between 8 and 9.. and sleep until 9am and play in your crib until about 10.

* you still only eat when and what you want. ugh.

*you still love your sleepy bear and bink at bedtime

* you can run, jump, and gallop

* you have started to shove cars in every pocket you have on you.

*you can count to 10- but usually leaving out one or two numbers

* you are polite with your please, thank you, and saying sorry

LJ'S BIRHTDAY PARTY!

Anyway, he had a great party. He loved his "elmo cakes" and loved being the center of attention. He only had a 20 minute power nap and was ready to party on!  He got so many gifts, of course most of them being some sort of car or car oriented. ha.
