sitting up

He can sit!! although we are still working on sitting straight up, he still likes to pretty much bend his body in half.

he found out a few days ago that his toes really taste good!

grandpa Nelke came up to celebrate landon's 6 month birthday and took us all to the olive garden!

6 months

six months old.
half a year.
oh my...
the pediatrician again declared him the most perfect baby.
weighing in at 16 pounds and 10 ounces
length 26 and half inches
Head circumference 44 and half cm
50 percentile for all categories

again, he took his shots like a champ!

Here's what he's been up to:

* sitting up without support for 30 seconds, still leaning forward.
*making sounds like ooo,ah, ba, da, ma
* started this whining thing momma and dadda do not care for.
* we have started signing "milk" and "more" to him.
*he loves his jumperoo
* he has eaten every veggie and fruit Gerber makes and likes veggies the best. good boy!
* rolls both ways and this is how he moves around on the floor
* is in 6-9 month clothes
*would rather stand all day than lay or sit
* still trying to get everything and anything in his mouth
* no teeth yet but hes drooling and is cranky so we think they are coming!

Avocados

With only a couple spoon fulls, our boy decided he HATES avocados.

but the mean momma kept giving the poor baby more because she thought the sour faces were cute! :)

just hangin out.

big boy bath

He has officially graduated... to the big tub that is.

and I must say, it kind of makes me sad. Hes not an infant any longer....:( although I am excited for him to take bubble tubbies and play with his toys until the water turns cold.

We take baths usually in the evenings before bed and mommy or daddy lathers baby up in Johnson and Johnson lotion of course!

good night baby.

clear lake picnic!

Daddy's Birthday!

We went to Bob's Burger and Brew for Kyles birthday dinner. It's becoming more fun to take Landon places now that he doesn't scream every other minute.
